The car of the Baito sub-district head, Sudarsono, who was helping teacher Supriyani, was shot by an unknown person (OTK) while the trial was in progress.
As is known, Supriyani is an honorary teacher who was accused of hitting a police officer’s child and asked for Rp. 50 million in peace money.
This terror occurred Monday (28/10/2024) at the same time as the follow-up trial that teacher Supriyani had to undergo at the Andoolo District Court (PN), South Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
During the trial, the attorney for honorary teacher Supriyani read out the exception to the charge in the case of molesting a grade 1 elementary school student who was also the child of a police officer.
It is known that the Baito sub-district head helped provide accommodation for teacher Supriyani after her detention was suspended by the panel of judges at the Andoolo District Court.
Supriyani and her family are temporarily staying at the Baito Subdistrict Head’s house to avoid intervention.
While undergoing trial at the Andoolo District Court, teacher Supriyani was riding in the official car of the Baito Subdistrict Head.
Simultaneously with the trial in the case of the alleged honorary teacher beating the policeman’s child, the official car of the Baito sub-district head was shot at by an unknown person (OTK) as it passed in front of SDN 3 Baito.

The Head of Baito Subdistrict, Sudarsono, stated that the car window of the Baito Subdistrict Head who was shot by OTK broke while being driven by the Village Head, Ahwang Guluri.
“From the direction of SDN 3 Baito, to the house, it happened on the road (Baito Village). I don’t know yet, I haven’t confirmed (the shooter),” he said
Supriyani’s attorney, Andre Dermawan, said that the Baito Subdistrict Head’s official car that was shot by OTK was indeed often used by Supriyani’s teacher on trips to court.
He suspects that the incident is related. Therefore, Andre Darmawan will report this act of terror.
Although there were no injuries or fatalities, the shooting resulted in the middle of the car window being cracked.
“There was an incident earlier, so the official car of the Baito sub-district head, which is usually used by Supriyani in court proceedings, was shot at and we are currently identifying this,” he said.
