CCTV footage has emerged as new evidence in the Judicial Review (PK) trial of Jessica Kumala Wongso.
The evidence, presented by Wongso in her PK application, comprises surveillance camera or Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) recordings.
This development was disclosed during the initial trial session held at the Central Jakarta District Court on Tuesday, October 29.
Before the session officially commenced, Zulkifli Atjo, the chairman of the panel of judges, instructed Helmi Bostam, the individual responsible for presenting the new evidence, to take an oath. The judge informed him of the procedure within the courtroom during the trial proceedings that same day.
